Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and credits work for each service. If anything is unclear, use the contact form before you pay.

Before you pay

Applying costs nothing. We ask any questions in writing before we accept an application and before we request payment. If we decline an application, nothing has been charged.

Game Idea Consultation, Planning & Improvement ($890)

If you cancel before we begin work, we refund the fee in full. Work begins when we accept your brief and receive payment, and we confirm the start date by email. Once the plan pack has been delivered it is a completed deliverable and is not separately refundable, including when its honest conclusion is that a concept is not feasible. That candid outcome is what the service is for. The fee is credited in full toward a development project with us if you proceed within 90 days of delivery.

Godot AI Skills & Godot MCP with 2-hour live training ($1,490)

The skill files and the server configuration are digital materials. Once they have been delivered, sales are final. If we cannot deliver the live session, or reschedule it more than once, we refund the fee in full. You may reschedule the session once with at least 48 hours' notice.

Game Development Using Godot

Refunds and milestones for development engagements are governed by the agreement for that project, including the 30-day defect period described in our Terms of Service.
