Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-06
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to answer applications and deliver our services. We do not sell personal data.
Who is responsible
Labinator develops and operates this website and is the data controller for it. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights below, use the contact form.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We handle application details to answer you and, where it follows, to carry out the work you asked for: our legitimate interest in running the studio, and the performance of a contract once one exists. Abuse prevention on the forms rests on our legitimate interest in keeping them usable.
What we collect
When you submit an application, we receive what you write in it: your name, email, and the details of your project. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting, so the IP address associated with a submission may be processed briefly for abuse prevention. We do not collect anything from you simply for reading a page.
How long we keep it
Application emails are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of work discussed, and are deleted on request. Abuse-prevention records expire automatically within fifteen minutes.
Application notifications are delivered via Resend. We do not run a mailing list.
Analytics and cookies
We set no cookies of our own, run no advertising trackers, and build no profiles of visitors. The only cookies that can be set are security cookies placed by Cloudflare Turnstile on pages with a form. This site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes each request to serve and protect it.
Payments
Nothing is charged on this website. If we accept your application, we arrange payment with you by invoice. We do not collect card details through this site.
Where your data goes
The services above, Cloudflare and Resend, are United States companies, so data handled through them is processed outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Each operates under standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer safeguard as part of its terms. We use no other processors for this site.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interests, ask us to restrict it, or request a copy in a portable form. Use the contact form and we will respond promptly.
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first, because we would rather fix it. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority: in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office, and in the EEA it is the supervisory authority for the country where you live or work.
